Lucy is a Senior Architect with a strong focus on well-being and evidence-based design. She brings a unique blend of academic research and practical experience in designing for people with SEND. Lucy trained with the National Autistic Society and worked as a Support Worker in SEND schools, informing her empathetic approach to design. Her work includes research on sensory sensitivity and the development of engagement tools for SEN stakeholders. Passionate about inclusive environments, Lucy champions collaborative, research-led design to meet diverse user needs.
