Mandeep is a Project Director for the East Midlands School Rebuilding Programme at the Department for Education. In this role, she leads on delivering her own Build and Rebuild projects within the Education Estates Service, overseeing a diverse and complex portfolio of capital infrastructure projects.

With over 17 years of experience in the education sector, spanning from both the Civil Service and Local Education Authorities.  Mandeep has consistently driven the successful delivery of high-profile programmes, including Free Schools and the Priority School Building Programme. She is adept at leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Mandeep is deeply committed to enhancing the educational experience through thoughtful design and believes that collaborative, user focused approaches to learning environments yield the most impactful outcomes. Her leadership continues to shape the future of educational infrastructure across the region.
