Manon is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), senior consultant and engineer specialising in climate resilience and adaptation for buildings, masterplans and cities. Her work focuses on helping organisations and design teams understand and prepare for the impacts of climate change, integrating resilience strategies into planning and design processes.

Her recent activities include developing a Climate Resilience Guide for AUDE (supporting UK universities), engaging with GLA schools on climate adaptation, and leading projects to integrate climate resilience into masterplanning design.

With a background in sustainability consulting, Manon has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, sustainability strategy development and project management, helping clients embed sustainability and resilience into design and planning. She is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant and Low Carbon Energy Assessor.
