Mark Buckle is Technical Director at Tilbury Douglas, with more than 30 years’ global experience delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects. He specialises in transformation strategy, leading digital construction, design, and the company’s ESG agenda. Mark drives strategic supplier partnerships and programmes accelerating carbon reduction and modern methods of construction (MMC), while advancing BIM, digital twins, and AI to improve performance, sustainability, and efficiency. He is also an experienced speaker and lecturer on AI, BIM, MMC, and leadership in complex project environments.
