Matt is a Project Manager with a background in the environmental planning sector, where he worked on a wide range of projects including large-scale residential developments, commercial expansions, and nationally significant infrastructure schemes. Now at Peter Marsh Consulting, Matt focuses on delivering Estate Strategies for further education (FE) colleges across the UK, as well as delivering the capital projects themselves. 

His work increasingly supports institutions seeking to integrate net zero and sustainability objectives into their long-term planning. As part of this, Matt has successfully incorporated net zero decarbonisation initiatives into medium-term estate strategies, ensuring that proposals are both technically feasible and financially viable.

In recent years, Matt has also delivered several educational capital projects, including a large-scale decarbonisation scheme in Buckinghamshire.
