Matt is the founder and director of Inspired Efficiency which advises organisations on how to be more energy efficient and achieve Net Zero. He has extensive experience in delivering decarbonisation programmes in schools and has delivered hundreds of Heat Decarbonisation Plans for schools, MATs as well as other areas of the public sector estate. Matt has managed projects to decarbonise schools in every phase of PSDS and acted as a technical assessor for SALIX on one of the phases. Matt is currently managing the delivery of the decarbonisation of several hundred church schools in the south west with a 2030 target. He has experience of being a chair of governors of a school and advising the DfE on decarbonisation.
