The former includes supporting clients across the Education sector spectrum of Schools, Colleges and Universities. With a natural approach to building successful projects teams, applying challenge to achieve best value, he has specific skills in guiding client organisations through the development process. Mel has extensive experience in motivating diverse teams and stakeholders, particularly across complex Science Research schemes. He has the ability to understand the challenges, risks and opportunities of complex site arrangements and has the aptitude to develop positive options, whilst appreciating sensitive client requirements to deliver outcomes which enable life chances.
