Michiel is an experienced and committed consultant in the field of sustainable urban development. He works in various roles on a wide variety of assignments in the field of urban development, housing and organizational change. Michiel has been working at Arcadis since 2020 and previously worked at Utrecht University for 11 years as sustainability manager and head of the department of sustainable energy supply. During his time at the University, he set up a Green Office in which students actively contributed to making the university more sustainable. For example, by setting up living labs.
