Mike McGill is a Chartered Building & Geomatics Surveyor and Director of Building Performance at MEP provider, G&H Group. He leads the design and delivery of whole-building upgrades that support clients in decarbonising operations and progressing towards net zero.

With over 35 years' experience in the surveying, maintenance, and adaptation of UK buildings, Mike has worked across local authorities, central government, and private practice. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in improving building performance at scale, with particular expertise in older, more complex structures.
