As a teacher, senior leader, coach, facilitator, and consultant, Neil has over 18 years of teaching and leadership experience in the UK and internationally. 

Neil is the Co-Founder and Director of Strata Professional Development. He has worked with several organisations to provide high-quality professional development training and performance coaching to senior leaders in businesses and schools. 

Alongside this, Strata also offer consultancy services, with Neil specialising in advising on the design of educational buildings. He has worked on several school projects where he has used his considerable experience to advise on school design both in the UK and internationally.
