Nick is an estates director with a particular interest in promoting decarbonisation across all aspects of education estates. Nick has worked at York St. John University for over 14 years and has been fundamental in setting and achieving ambitious sustainability aspirations. Nick’s vision for the recently completed Creative Centre encompassed sustainability, landscape, biodiversity, waste and urban design. Nick champions the local community and ensures that residents of York are well represented and engaged in the design and delivery of university projects.
