Nick Coke is the education lead at WT Partnership, he has a wide experience from over 20 years in construction ranging from Rail and PFI through health, education and most things public sector. He is passionate about improving the way projects are delivered and, in particular, making sure that lessons learnt are applied; risk is considered at the right level at the right time; and value is managed properly.
