Lawyer and Commercial Specialist in the NISTA PFI Centre of Excellence. Leading on Advice and Support to contracting authorities and departments and developing coordinated NISTA response to PFI dispute avoidance and expiry planning.

Before IPA/NISTA, more than 25 years a project finance lawyer and partner at three different international law firms. Worked on a wide range of PPP projects and models across the UK covering most sectors.

Internationally - worked on the bidding and delivery of PPP, energy and natural resources projects in Northern and Central Europe, Canada, and across Africa. Previously also a director at the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce in London.
