Noreen Kassem is Faculty Operating Officer at the University of Greenwich's Faculty of Engineering and Science, where she holds executive responsibility for the operational, professional and technical services infrastructure of a multi-site faculty. With over a decade of senior leadership experience in higher education, she has held strategic operations roles at City St George's, University of London and UCL. Her expertise spans operational strategy, student-facing space design and management, digital transformation, and financial planning. Central to her work has been informing and working to introduce environments that are purposeful, inclusive, and responsive to the evolving learning needs of students.
