Paul Crooke has worked in Education since 2018, rising rapidly through the ranks from a local authority site manager with Walsall Council to Head of Estates at Thrive Education Partnership, one of the UK’s most well regarded specialist SEND Trusts. Paul is implementing a programme of codification across 6 schools and 8 settings.
