Paul has over 25 years of experience with a career path that has enabled him to develop a technical and practical approach to engineering design with a strong focus on function and commercial value, across a broad range of industries and sectors. Paul is experienced in all roles as an engineer and has been responsible for delivering a wide range of projects and is the point of contact for client and team liaison on the projects he leads.

Paul has been involved with the education sector for a number of years, with a recent focus on school projects in England and Wales and is currently working on net zero carbon in operation schools in several areas of the UK.  He was the lead electrical engineer for the DfE’s GenZero project and, following this, has recently worked on a number of spin-off projects and other DfE initiatives. He is also currently involved as technical advisor to Welsh Government on their 21st Century MIM school building programme.
