Paul has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry that include 17 years working for BAM in project management and pre-construction roles’.

My role in the construction industry is to lead my team from the front. I build and maintain a great working relationship with my client, design team and construction teams. I will foster great relationships, thoroughly understand the requirements, look for the edge that is required and engage designers / supply chain partner and skills from across the business to win schemes. I have extensive experience across Public Sector (hospitals, fire stations), Education (schools and colleges), Commercial (mixed use, offices, and retail), Industrial (aeronautical, process, manufacturing), Sport and Leisure (premiership football facilities, cinemas and restaurants). I have managed Local Authority Frameworks and understand the deliverables that these businesses require.’
