Paul Inch is a Director at Better Delivery, a firm specialising in project, development and cost management. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Paul joined Better Delivery 2019 to lead technical advisory services and supply chain engagement, helping clients integrate optimal solutions. His work focuses on building client supply chain networks and developing new supply chains for component-led construction. Specialising in hybrid building systems and panelised components, Paul has spent two decades in the Offsite/MMC sector, working with companies such as Kingspan and Innovare Systems. His expertise includes light gauge steel, SIPs, timber frame, glulam, and hybrid solutions. Paul’s experiencing includes 350 school buildings and pioneered an innovative hybrid solution now widely used in DfE projects. Over the past five years, consulting with manufacturers, contractors, and investors across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with a strong focus on low-carbon construction for public buildings and homes.
