Paul has extensive experience across science and research, healthcare, residential, office, masterplanning, education, and heritage sectors. He has been instrumental in growing Ryder’s national portfolio, including a range of projects for Liverpool Paddington Village, Liverpool Science Park, University of Liverpool, Thames Valley Science Park, and MODA Living. Paul joined Ryder in 2003 after graduating from the University of Liverpool. He ensures there is a consistent high level of quality across all projects and the integrity of design intent is maintained through to completion. Paul was the first ever consultant to win Morgan Sindall’s monthly performance award for completeness, quality of design and production awarded for his work on Liverpool Science Park. Outside of Ryder, Paul is a keen musician and plays shows across the UK and Europe with his band, Boss Keloid.
