Pauline is the Education Lead at Race Cottam Associates where she has delivered over 30 education projects in 20 years. She is experienced in the role of Technical Advisor alongside project delivery roles, and was the Project Director for CAPA College. She is a qualified PassiveHouse Designer, and is passionate about sustainability. One of her favourite projects is UTC Leeds, which transformed a former metal pressing factory into a forward-focussing education facility focussing on engineering and technology. She is passionate about stakeholder engagement and takes pride in delivering schemes that exceed expectations - one highlight is installing a slide within a primary school in response to a comment from the headteacher about losing external space for a slide, so it was designed into the building.
