Petra Marshall, Senior Capital Project Manager at University of Greenwich, has more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex, multi-million-pound projects and programmes across the education sector, public sector and built environment. She has a strong track record of leading award‑winning and diverse regeneration, accommodation, refurbishment, carbon-reduction and heritage projects. Before joining the education sector, Petra worked in local authority programme, property and community leadership roles. She is known for her strategic oversight, strong partnerships, and commitment to creating sustainable, high‑quality spaces that enhance user experience. Petra has a Geography undergraduate degree from University of Newcastle, an MSc in Cities, Space and Society from London School of Economics, and is a Future of London leader alumni.
