Phil has depth of experience working directly for public sector including schools and academies, the NHS, social housing and the Fire and Rescue Service. Throughout his career he his has been involved with improving safety and compliance in buildings. Working within senior management across sectors has enabled him to gain a depth of knowledge through experience of delivering safety compliance and fire risk management. This has included the delivery of multi-million-pound investment schemes from risk identification through to a controlled level.
