Head of Cost Strategy for the Department of Education. I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor and have work for contractors, advisory firms, and latterly client side over my 20-year career. I am passionate about delivering value for clients, although this has not always been easy as there is always the question of affordability hanging over a construction project.
