Currently Headteacher at Humberston Park School, NE Lincolnshire. Taught SEND students across the 3-25 age range, with experience of PMLD, SLD and MLD in maintained, independent and academy settings. Developed provision, operationally and strategically, for students with autism, complex learning difficulties, multi-sensory impairments, PDs, VI, HI and SEMH. Highly experienced and successful in leading strategic direction and quality management at senior and executive levels across educational and residential settings including multi-site settings.
