Rob Charlton is a director at Space Group, a Newcastle-based built-environment organisation encompassing architecture, digital construction, and building-performance technology. With over 20 years’ experience across architecture, Modern Methods of Construction, and digital delivery, Rob has worked extensively in education, housing, heritage, and public-sector projects throughout the UK. He also leads Twinview, Space Group’s building-performance and digital-twin platform, helping clients understand how buildings perform in use, reduce operational carbon, and meet increasingly complex regulatory and reporting requirements. Rob is particularly focused on the intersection of people, planet, place, and long-term building performance.
