Rob Walker is Senior Strategic Development Officer at Hampshire County Council’s Strategic Development and Schools Organisation Team. The team is responsible for prioritising and managing capital investment across Children's Services and delivers investment projects for Children and Families and Education in Hampshire. As part of Hampshire County Council’s statutory duty, the team plans, commissions and organises school places in conjunction with the Regional Department for Education (DfE) Directors. This work promotes the raising of standards and helps to improve the outcomes for all Hampshire children. Rob has worked for Hampshire for over 15 years both within both Children’s Services and Adults’ Health & Care across a variety of services including transport, procurement, commissioning, and capital programme delivery.
