Robert is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Partner at Barker heading up the education team.

He works with School Trusts to deliver capital projects and surveying services including condition surveying, estate and decarbonisation planning. He advises and assists Academies in applying for capital funding through CIF and SCA processes. As well as with energy efficiency projects through PSDS and LCSF schemes.
