Robin Thomas is Head of School at Prospect House School and has extensive experience in specialist education. He is committed to improving opportunities and outcomes for children and young people with SEND through inclusive leadership, innovation and collaboration. Robin has led Prospect House's sustainability journey, embedding environmental responsibility across the school community and contributing to its recognition as a finalist for Sustainability School of the Year. He designed and developed the first accredited Carbon Literacy programme specifically for SEND pupils, helping to ensure that sustainability education is accessible, meaningful and achievable for all learners. His work focuses on creating sustainable, inclusive educational environments that empower young people to thrive both now and in the future.
