Ruth is a chartered town planner with over 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. Ruth has worked on a number of mixed-use development projects in London and spent several years with Transport for London’s Property Development Team, working with development partners and planning authorities across London to bring forward development proposals on TfL’s surplus land portfolio. Ruth later joined St James, part of the Berkeley Group, where she was involved in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including the large-scale development proposals for Poplar Riverside in Tower Hamlet for circa 2,800 new homes.
