Ryan has over 18 years’ experience within the construction industry. He is a Chartered Member of the RICS and MAPM with project management expertise to supplement his quantity surveying background. He has extensive education experience having delivered over 30,000 additional pupil places for Academies and Local Authorities within the wider West Midlands Area over the last 10 years.

He leads on all commercial matters for TG Escapes and drives projects from inception through to contract award working with the preconstruction team. He supports the operations team with contract administration and post contract commercial outputs and activities.
