Sally Pearson leads the delivery of some of the Department for Education’s most significant capital investment programmes across the West Midlands and North West regions. With experience spanning Free Schools, Institutes of Technology, Further Education colleges and major school infrastructure projects, she has successfully delivered schemes across England, from London to Barrow-in-Furness and beyond.

As Deputy Director for Construction Delivery Sally oversees the delivery of the School Rebuilding Programme, Free Schools Programme and FE Capital Programme. She leads a portfolio of more than 200 live projects, delivering high-quality learning environments that support pupils, students and communities.
