Sally Smith is the Director for Construction Delivery with responsibility for the delivery of build and rebuild projects for free schools, SRP, and RAAC remediation. She is SRO for the Free Schools programme, leading across four delivery regions and working closely with policy colleagues.  Sally has nearly two decades experience in capital policy and delivery, including roles delivering free schools, and leading PMO, sponsorship and governance.
