Sally Smith is the Deputy Director for Construction Delivery in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber, and East Midlands regions, where she oversees the delivery of build and rebuild projects for free schools, SRP, and RAAC remediation. She also serves as joint Programme Director for the Free Schools programme, leading across four delivery regions and working closely with policy colleagues.  Sally has nearly two decades experience in capital policy and delivery, including roles delivering free schools, and leading PMO, sponsorship and governance.
