Director Samantha Smith is an inspiring leader and champion of female leadership in the construction industry, developing and supporting all those she works with. Having been with AHR for over 30 years, Sam has broad experience, industry knowledge and commercial acumen working at a strategic level across education. Strategically, she supports and enables our clients to create wider, more efficient programmes of work to fulfil their needs and requirements. Sam has also acted as a mentor to construction professionals both within AHR and externally, championing diversity in the industry and providing support for those hoping to progress in their professions. She aims to change perceptions of what work in the construction and rail industries looks like, encouraging people to consider a wider range of careers.
