Sangeeta is Deputy Director for the South East and London in the Department for Education delivering Build and Rebuild programmes within the Education Estates Service offer. This currently includes the School Rebuilding Programme, Free Schools, FE Capital and the removal of RAAC from the school estate. She oversees a large and complex portfolio of education infrastructure projects and leads a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact programmes across the region.

Nationally, Sangeeta has played a pivotal role in embedding a single delivery model that enhances resilience, strengthens supplier relationships, and aligns with ministerial priorities. She is also a key advocate for sustainability in the education estate, championing the integration of low-carbon, climate-resilient approaches into capital delivery.

Sangeeta brings a sharp focus on strategic alignment, operational excellence, and collaborative innovation, making her a key voice in shaping the future of educational infrastructure.
