Sarah McKinlay is Group Talent Development Director for ISG, a privately owned construction specialist, working in both private and public sectors.  Sarah has 25 years’ experience in multiple sectors, attracting and recruiting talent, developing programmes for apprentices and graduates to senior hiring and high potential programmes, ensuring a focus on critical skills, future skills and DE&I.  Passionate about the candidate and employee experience, Sarah sees the growing need for ‘skills first thinking’ to unlock opportunity and agility in attracting and retaining the best talent. She has a Masters in Personnel & Development and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
