Sean McKeown is the Executive Headteacher of Silverwood School, a thriving and diverse special school in Wiltshire for pupils aged 4 to 19. With over 20 years of experience across secondary, primary, and special education, Sean has a strong track record of shaping innovative and inclusive learning environments. Holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Innovation, he is passionate about developing leaders and championing inclusion, ensuring that every pupil has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
