Sharon has spent over 20 years working with education leaders, architects and contractors to create the best possible learning environments on a wide range of education capital projects. She has particular expertise in creating the design brief for new projects, and in engaging users in the process to build ownership.

Previously Sharon was Managing Director of a not-for-profit which promoted good school design by involving pupils, staff, parents and communities in the process.  She has been a Fellow in Organisational Development at a large public sector consultancy and started her career in the Civil Service, spending 12 years working on education and employment policy.
