Richard is an architect specialising in education. He is dedicated to creating and shaping facilities and campuses for the next generation of learners to thrive. He places great emphasis on engaging with students and staff to create holistic, award winning learning environments. Most notably Richard has been involved with multiple Cardiff University projects, including the multi-award winning Cardiff University Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC), Haydn Ellis Building, and Grange Pavilion. Richard firmly believes that the combination of Evidence Based Design and teamwork is the key to solving complex, real-world, problems.
