Steve Rankin is an Associate Director at Architype with a wide range of experience in different building types including sensitive refurbishment works, new build and estate masterplans and has worked on numerous education projects including the recently delivered Mulberry Academy London Docks. As a Passivhaus designer, Steve finds the principles of the standard invaluable for producing sustainable buildings with minimal energy requirements and optimal comfort. Steve has established himself as an innovator, leader and is particularly skilled in creating cohesive design teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure teams are working towards shared goals.
