Tim Warneford is an experienced academy funding consultant who provides a range of bid management and strategic estate management services.

In partnership with Immortalis Solutions, Warneford Consulting have developed a capital estates programmes that provides trusts with a bird’e eye view of their individual school’s built environment needs and one from trust level, which priorities spend and aligns with School Condition Allocation funds and reserves.

He is the producer of a series of podcasts, 'Developing the Trust' in which he explores best practice from fellow professional service providers across the academy sector. 

He is a regular contributor to academy sector publications such as TES, School’s Week and FundED, he has presented and chaired at the Education Estates Conference, ISBL, ASCL and Schools and Academies Show.

With degree's in both building surveying and social policy, he is particularly interested in the causal link between environment and life chances.
