Tom Farrow has spent his career managing buildings in the public sector estate to ensure they’re safe, legal and well maintained. He started out in the estates sector as an FM management trainee over a decade ago, and now heads up Sewell Facilities Management, an award-winning FM company based in the North of England that works across the education, health and commercial sectors.

Tom has worked on multiple PPPs in both education and health, and was a key part of our team that successfully handed back Victoria Dock, the UK’s first PFI primary school. He blends a practical knowledge of education buildings with an understanding of the complexity of PPP contracts.

Tom is also Deputy Chair of IWFM North.
