Tom is responsible for ensuring Eastern Education Group's curriculum offer is representative of employer need and is responsive to the local, regional, national and international skill requirements. Tom also has oversight for the development of emerging jobs, markets and technologies, Tom manages the XR Lab and is responsible for ensuring cutting edge, immersive and innovative technologies are available to students, staff, businesses and the wider communities.
