Tom is a Director at Bell Phillips, specialising in residential and education projects. He has extensive experience leading complex, large scale schemes, including Westminster City Council’s flagship Church Street regeneration, which he successfully guided through planning.Tom has delivered a range of significant education projects, including the award winning Mitchell Building for The Skinners’ School in Tunbridge Wells, as well as Felixstowe Academy and Our Lady’s Convent High School in Hackney during his time at Jestico and Whiles.At Bell Phillips, Tom leads on sustainability and policy initiatives, spearheading the development of the practice’s in house embodied carbon calculator, now used across all projects to provide fast, accurate and dynamic carbon assessments. He also leads the Policy team, ensuring the practice remains aligned with the Building Safety Act and evolving regulatory standards.Tom is a member of the Reading DRP, a NLA mentor and member of the education panel.
