Tom Neave has over twenty years' experience in school leadership.  This has included as Headteacher of an inner city secondary comprehensive School, as Executive Headteacher of two all through independent schools, as Executive Headteacher of a coastal SEMH school and currently as Executive Principal of two inner London SEMH schools.  Tom is also a part of the Executive Central Team at Eko Trust, School Improvement Partner and Advisor for two mainstream secondary schools in Kent and is a serving Ofsted inspector.
