Vicky is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has been with the Department for Education since 2013. She is the Deputy Director of Capital Commercial and having previously worked in both private sector and various roles within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, she now leads the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for DfE’s capital delivery programmes, including the DfE Construction 2021 and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) 1 frameworks. She is looking to the future with new and alternative procurement approaches, aligned to the Construction Playbook and Transforming Infrastructure Performance Roadmap to 2030.
