Wayne is director of CLTH and a RIBA Chartered Conservation Architect. He is a RIBA Client Adviser and a RIBA Part 3 professional practice examiner for over 5 years. His 30+ years’ experience spans healthcare, schools, housing, and universities, to infrastructure and master planning. He has wide experience working on a variety of award-winning learning environments, recent projects include Alfreton Park SEND school, Kidbrooke London Primary school, the retrofit of an existing office to SEN school in Barnet, collaborating with the Freshwater Biological Association for a learning lab in Lake Windermere, and working with the DfE’s rebuilding program across six secondary schools. Wayne has a strong interest in promoting sustainable and ecologically sound design and is currently a member of the London Energy Transformation Initiative Task Force. LETI will set out the approach, targets, and benchmarks that developments in the UK need to achieve to reach Net Zero in operation.
