Will is Associate Director of Development at LocatED, where he leads the Estate Efficiency team, providing development expertise to the DfE, Local Authorities, trusts, and other responsible bodies. Will has over a decade of property and development experience, delivering complex mixed-use schemes on behalf of public and private sector clients. Will holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
