The construction sector is currently grappling with various challenges, such as capacity and skills shortages, stagnation in productivity, and supply chain fragmentation. ​​

This session will feature a panel discussion, encouraging audience interaction to discuss and debate the opportunities for scaling up delivery to meet the education sector’s ambitions on net zero and building condition—including elemental works, refurbishment, and new build projects. The panel will explore models of collaboration and procurement, the role of regulators, planning and governance, and examine how innovation can contribute to achieving these goals.
