Recognising the incredible talent & passion in education

The Education Estates® People’s Awards celebrate the individuals and teams who make a real difference across the education estate. They shine a spotlight on the people whose passion, leadership and collaborative spirit are driving innovation and shaping high-quality learning environments with lasting impact across the sector.

If someone in your organisation, or a partner you work with, deserves recognition for the contribution they have made, this is your opportunity to put them forward and ensure their impact is recognised by the wider sector.

The winners will be announced on 19 October at The Junction, Manchester Central.

The awards are FREE to attend as part of your Education Estates® delegate pass.

Nominations are open to individuals and teams working across the education estate, including estates managers, architects, contractors, consultants, and local authority or MAT teams. Whether it's a project lead, a maintenance team, or someone who's gone above and beyond behind the scenes, if their work has made a genuine difference, they're eligible.

Recognition in this sector often comes from within the same organisation, if it comes at all. The Education Estates® People's Awards give you the chance to put a name to the work that usually goes unnoticed outside your own building or team, and have it recognised by peers across the wider sector.

Hear what people think...

This is a great new initiative to recognise the passionate and talented people working across all roles within the education sector. We particularly like the unsung hero category and look forward to celebrating all of our sector heroes later in the year.
