Supply Chain Partner of the Year

This award recognises a supply chain partner that has demonstrated outstanding expertise, innovation and commitment in supporting the successful delivery of education projects. The winning organisation will have shown excellence in collaboration, product or service quality, reliability and value creation across the education sector.
The category celebrates suppliers, manufacturers, specialist subcontractors, technology providers and service partners that play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning environments for schools, colleges and universities.
Eligibility
Open to supply chain organisations operating within the education sector in England, including manufacturers, specialist subcontractors, technology providers, product suppliers and service partners. It is not open to entries from Tier 1 contractors, architectural practices, specialist or multi-disciplinary consultancies or modular providers.
Submissions should include examples from projects, programmes or operational services where practical completion was achieved between 01/07/2024 and 31/01/2026.
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be marked out of 10 for each of the following criteria:
1. Quality of Products or Services (10 points)
Evidence of high-quality products, workmanship or services that have contributed
positively to education projects, ensuring reliability, durability and performance.
2. Innovation and Added Value (10 points)
Demonstration of innovative approaches, technologies, materials or processes that
have improved project outcomes, efficiency, sustainability or user experience.
3. Collaboration and Client Engagement (10 points)
Examples of strong collaboration with contractors, consultants, clients, and
stakeholders, including responsiveness, communication, and a commitment to
successful project delivery.
4. Sustainability and Social Value (10 points)
Evidence of sustainable practices, responsible sourcing, carbon reduction
initiatives or social value contributions such as apprenticeships, local engagement
or community support.
5. Impact and Sector Contribution (10 points)
Demonstration of the organisation’s positive impact on education projects and the
wider sector, including measurable outcomes, repeat business, testimonials or
long-term partnerships.
Submission Requirements
Entrants must provide the following:
- Responses to each of the five judging criteria, with a maximum of 200 words per criterion.
- Case studies of up to 3 education projects, including visuals (photos, product imagery, installation examples or technical information).
- At least one client or project partner testimonial from an education provider, contractor, consultant or key stakeholder.
- Supporting evidence such as:
- Metrics on project outcomes (e.g. programme savings, efficiency improvements or performance data).
- Sustainability data (e.g. carbon reduction, material reuse or energy efficiency improvements).
- Examples of innovation, collaboration or added value delivered to projects
